Christmas Taffeta

Swim Suit Skirts...

Little girls love running around in their swim suits. These were simple to make bacause swim suit material stretches, I didn't have to add any elastic at all.

Scrappy Dress

I went to Nordstrom for some inspiration and saw a child's dress with all the seams on the outside. It was adorable, so I gave it a shot with pieces of left over knit t-shirts. The pink bodice and stripes come from the same shirt. I wasn't too sure about adding the orange, but it wouldn't be the same without it!

Fun Fix

My 4 year old is growing like a weed. 4T pants too small, 5T pants just a touch too big. So I added some material to the bottom of her pants and decorated a white shirt with complementary fabrics. I was happy with the final result.

Hmmm, getting the hang of this!
